There are some criteria to our program. I’m going to go through them and ask questions throughout the explanation of the guidelines.
Resistance training is important to increase lean muscle tissue, speed up your metabolism, burn more fat at rest and during training and get to your goal quicker.
Will you commit to no less than 3 days a week (possibly more, depending availability and fitness goal pending the assessment) of resistance training with your trainer?
5.) What time of day and days would be your preference?
We want to help you and understand what “counts” as cardio (heart rate elevated at a certain beats per minute and going until you hit a specific calorie burn). We will also teach you about how and where you can do it…In your house or at our studio or at another gym if you have another membership.
Will you do an addition 3 days a week of cardio?
We provide you with a grocery list, foods to avoid list, and other nutritional guidelines.
Will you study about combinations of food, sodium intake, grocery list, foods to avoid list, sample meal plan and information on food variety?
We have put together hours of educational videos on how to cook healthier, how to plan out your week with healthy meals and how to make healthier food choices out at restaurants (ex. Chinese, Japanese, and other different restaurants, ex.. ground round, apple bees, sizzler..etc).
Will you watch the videos we’ve made for you on, how to pre-plan your food for the week?
9.) Will you study and invest the time in learning about the nutrition aspect of the program?
Our goal is to help you understand proper nutrition.
Will you be open to making changes, trusting us to help you live a healthier lifestyle with no diets just healthier choices and portion control and proper combinations?
Our grocery store tour is held once every 4-5weeks on a Saturday at 1130am for 1.5-2hrs. I teach about how to shop smart, serving sizes, saving money reading labels, etc.
Will you go to our grocery store tour? You only have to go once (but can go again for a refresher)?
We do weigh in each week and measurements once a month. ONLY if we see a food log EACH DAY AND you are following the guide lines AND making the changes to the corrections that we make.
Can you log your food DAILY and send it to us via email EVERYDAY through a nutrition website?
Our mission is to provide a program that wants you to practice AND MAINTAIN your goal and a healthy lifestyle. Statistics prove that when you practice something new for 6 months or longer, you are more likely to make it a habit and a lifestyle….even if you can get you to your goal in less time.
Will you commit to at least a 6 month program (with the option of a 1yr commit) depending on your goal, we will make the recommendation?
